THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE VS. IRAN AND THE PA. That's a possibility posed by Manfred Gerstenfeld in the wake of the ICJ ruling on on genocide in Srebrenica.
Of course, that's probably what Iran and the PA are thinking about doing to Israel as well.
