MECCA ACCORD IS SURE TO UNIFY HAMAS AND FATAH if it doesn't split Hamas apart first. The accord was supposed to strengthen Hamas, but according to a senior Fatah official
The divisions in Hamas will deepen after the formation of the unity government...This is perhaps one of the biggest achievements of the agreement.
