WHERE WILL THE ETHICAL DILEMMAS OF THE 21ST CENTURY COME FROM?. According to the government of South Korea, it will be robotics--so they are behind a program to develop ethical guidelines for the roles and functions of robots. During an era of global terrorism when human life is held so cheaply, couldn't we straighten out the roles and functions of humans first?
