DIPLOMATIC NEGOTIATIONS: FEEL THE BURN! According to Senate Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid:
"There should be, as the Iraqi Study Group said, strenuous, diplomatic negotiations with all the parties mentioned. [emphasis added]
A serious question for those who feel strongly about exhausting all diplomatic alternatives first: At what point do we say that diplomatic negotiations are no longer an option, and how do we know when we've reached that point?
