US DOUBLE STANDARD--SYRIA VS PALESTINIANS: Zionist.com--a Christian Zionist blog--has a post on the careful distinction the US makes between Syria, which facilitates terrorism and the PA...which facilitates terrorism.

According to Haaretz:

[US Ambassador Richard] Jones said he does not consider Syria a partner in the diplomatic process so long as it supports terrorist organizations and aids Hezbollah. He added that the Syrians have not done enough to lift doubts that they are interested in negotiations solely as a means of receiving international legitimacy.

Not be confused with the Palestinians, of course.
