FM Livni: Israel May Release Funds to PA 'Moderates'

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said Monday that the events in Gaza have clarified the distinction between what she called "extremists and moderates" in the Palestinian Authority.
Yes. Hamas are the smarter ones.
