The plan also recognizes the right of immigration of millions of Arabs living in foreign countries on condition that they live only in PA areas and not in Israel.

Part of the rationale for the need to negotiate with the PA is the 'demographic timebomb' of the explosive growth of the Palestinian population--which is a myth.

But it won't be for long, if Olmert can help it.
