TRUST IN MEDIA: CAUSE AND EFFECT? Allahpundit gives a short overview of the PEW survey on trust in the media. One result shows that Democrats are significantly more trusting in the media than Republicans. Now consider the media coverage of the Middle East, and of Israel in particular--portraying the cycle of violence, Abbas as a moderate, Likud as right wing hardliners etc.:

• Would Democrats naturally have a more critical view of Israel?
• Would Jewish Democrats believe the media equally about Iraq and Israel, or would they tend to compartmentalize?

Just wondering.
