WHAT DOES CONGRESS THINK OF CAIR? Scott Johnson of Powerline asked House chief deputy minority whip Eric Cantor about how CAIR is perceived in Congress:

He said that there was awareness in the Republican caucus that CAIR was a problematic group. In his mind, he said, there is no doubt that it was a front group for terrorists.
This is not exactly a ringing condemnation on behalf of Congress, but the fact that Cantor himself described CAIR in such strong terms is promising.
