Rather than blindly quote without context, take a look at the actual legal issues--the existence of which you completely ignore as if the entire question is cut and dried. Far from it.

Note however that this is a point that did not become an issue until Obama made it into one. These same officials said nothing until they took their lead from them--in other words: it is not a real issue compared with the other unilateral concessions the Palestinian Arabs are demanding from Israel.
