Even Google Translate Has It In For Netanyahu

I came across an article in Rotter.net that I wanted to translate, using the translation extension in Google Chrome.

I was surprised by the result, so I tried it in Google Translate to see what would happen and I got the same result:

Google Translate apparently has an algorithm that automatically translates the Hebrew for "head of the government" into the leader's actual name--except that instead of translating it as PM Netanyahu, Google Translate tells us that Olmert is the Prime Minister of Israel.

I suppose if Google was really trying to make a statement, it would have translated it as PM Livni.
