With So Many To Choose From, How Does Abbas Know Which Terrorist To Commemorate?

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has strongly condemned the murder of a family of five Jewish settlers in the West Bank.
Mr Abbas said the killings, which happened on Friday, were "immoral and inhuman".

Decisions, Decisions
Abbas faces a vexing problem to be sure--fortunately Richard Baehr has figured out how Abbas figures out which terrorist to honor. After all, there are so many dead terrorists to choose from.

The problem arose again, when Abbas decided to commemorate a new town square in honor of another terrorist--just 2 days after a Palestinian slaughtered the Fogel family:

"Palestinians from President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction named a town square on Sunday after the leader of a 1978 bus hijacking in which 35 Israelis were killed."

"Many Palestinians see Dalal al-Mughrabi, a member of the then-underground Fatah movement, as a heroine for her role in hijacking the bus on Israel's Haifa-Tel Aviv highway.

"We stand here in praise of our martyrs and in loyalty to all of the martyrs of the national movement," Fatah member Sabri Seidam said at the unveiling of a plaque showing Mughrabi cradling a rifle against a backdrop map of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The square was festooned with Palestinian flags.
Baehr examines the 6 criteria that must go through Abbas's mind in making such a tough decision, what with so many deserving candidates--including criteria such as:
1. How many Jews did you kill?
2. How many young Jews did you kill?
3. How vicious were the murders?

Remind me again just why people call Abbas a moderate?
