Ever Notice That Hamas Attacks Leave No Collateral Damage?

Ma'an duly reports Hamas claims of Israeli attacks on the Gazan water supply:
Officials in the Gaza Strip's northernmost municipality accused Monday, Israeli forces of striking drinking water sources and infrastructure during a weekend of violence that saw at least 18 dead in the coastal enclave.
With all due respect, Hamas has a point--

When Hamas attacks Israel: the infrastructure is left intact
In fact, when Hamas successfully attacks Israel--there isn't even any collateral damage.

After all, during its last terrorist attack, Hamas successfully targeted Israeli soldiers, civilians, men, women, children.

No wonder the terrorist leaders of Hamas are incensed.
After all, Israel attacked the infrastructure and left the people alive.
And, as Hamas has noticed lately, unlike infrastructure--people protest.
