From Twitter: AIPAC On Key Points Of Obama's Speech

Here are some of the tweets from AIPAC on Obama's speech today--and some questions that remain unanswered:

Commitment is great--but just how successful has the US been so far in accomplishing what they keep talking about--and what impression is that supposed to make, not only on Iran, but also on Hamas?

So how exactly does the US expect to push the peace process, now that Hamas and Fatah are attached at the hip? According to Obama's comment, shouldn't the very first step be to separate the two? Fat chance. Is Obama going to put the screws to Hamas to accept Israel's right to exist--Or is he going to expect Israel to take the first step?

Fine, but:

• How are you going to enforce it when the Palestinians were never able to enforce Roadmap requirement that terrorists disarm
• What about the current Fatah forces armed and trained by the US
• According to an expert, a requirement for a Palestinian state to be demilitarized is not legally binding.

#Obama: "Agreed swaps" means Israelis and Palestinians will negotiate a different border from the 1 that existed on June 4, 1967.(source) 

Right, and have seen how successful negotiations have been so far.

Just how does Obama expect to get Abbas back to the negotiating table?
