Photos: On 5th Anniversary, Recalling Hezbollah's Weaponry And Tactics

The IDF website has information and pictures illustrating Hezbollah's Weaponry and Tactics:
Since Hezbollah's founding in Lebanon in 1982, its declared mission has been to destroy the State of Israel. Combining guerrilla warfare tactics and constant rocket fire at Israeli civilians, the terror group has attempted to gradually weaken Israel to the point of collapse.

During the 2nd Lebanon War such pursuits came to a head, as two Israeli soldiers, Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev were kidnapped on July 12, 2006. Israel had no choice but to declare war on the terror group in order to retrieve its troops.

This album outlines the various techniques and weaponry that Hezbollah has employed against Israel.
Read the whole thing.

Here is a slideshow composed of some of those pictures

Hezbollah did not hesitate to attack Israeli civilian targets--just as it did not hesitate to hide both themselves and their weapons behind Lebanese civilian buildings.

Those are 2 tactics we can be sure to see in any future conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.
