Video: Korean TV Crew Visits Ponevezh Yeshiva

Here is a news report from Israel Channel 10 that was broadcast on Dec. 14, 2011 about a South Korean TV Crew that visited the Ponevezh Yeshiva in Bnei Brak in order to get a first-hand look at the study of Talmud.

Korean curiosity about the Talmud was a familiar topic earlier this year. I wrote about The Korean Study Of Talmud And The Asian Fascination With Jews and Rabbi Marvin Tokayer And The Korean Talmud--Rabbi Tokayer being the one who originally translated parts of the Talmud into Korean. The blog Quite Normal has a photo of what a volume of the Korean-translated Talmud looks like inside.
