Hamas apparently got inspired and thought they would try their hand at the entering the Guinness World Book of Records--so they've created a giant map of "Palestine":
Currently, the largest printed map--according to Guinness:
measured 6 m x 11 m (19 ft 8 in x 36 ft 1 in) and was created and presented by the State Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Croatia in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 3 October 2007.The Hamas map is 9.3m x 21.5m.
The Hamas map should be a shoo-in for the record books, but the question is what should the category be?
I suggest: World's Largest Map Of A Non-Existent Country By A Terrorist Group Dedicated To The Destruction Of It's Actual Inhabitants
What do you think--too wordy?
