Hamas Doesn't Need To Fire Rockets At Civilians To Commit War Crimes

Elder of Ziyon has a series of posters documenting the various war crimes committed by the Hamas terrorists during the war.

This poster -- poster #5 -- illustrates the fact that Hamas does not necessarily have to be at war in order to commit war crimes, as it is perfectly capable of violating the human rights of its own people:

While Hamas accused this, and other Gazans, of being collaborators with Israel, there is no way of knowing for sure if all of these people were executed for that crime or because they were critical of Hamas.
