IDF provides matzah and wine; who brings the Pesach
chocolate? Only one organization – Standing Together.
After all the matzah is eaten, the four cups are gone
and the songs sung, we all somehow find room for a
piece of Pesach chocolate.
Standing Together,www.stogether.org, an organization
increasing the morale of Israeli soldiers, is
launching a new initiative for Pesach together with
Friends of the IDF in Israel. We are bringing Kosher
L'Pesach chocolate to soldiers on active duty when the
rest of the country is on vacation. Although most of Israel
sees Pesach as a time to spend with family and
friends, taking trips and visiting people, many young
men and women are hard at work protecting our borders.
If you are going to be in Israel, you can distribute
chocolate on your way to or from any other pesach
activity. Just contact us and tell us where you are
going, we'll tell you where to stop or we'll take you
with us.
You and your family and friends can help by
donating money to buy the chocolate.
You can donate directly online at
http://www.stogether.org/index.php?/website/donation/
Please make checks or other gifts payable to:
Standing Together, POB 1029 Efrat, Israel, 90435
(For all US tax-deductible donations over $100 please
make checks payable to The Central Fund for Israel
earmarked for Standing Together)
Something so small can make such a big difference.
Email info@stogether.org to learn more about the
activities that help soldiers who help us.
