REFUTING JOHN DUGARD: Maurice Ostroff responds to a letter to the editor written by 18 South African Jews who buy into a report by John Dugard, "the Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories occupied since 1967" about abuses by the Israeli government.
