Nachum interviewed Malcolm Hoenlein, Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations in Friday's Weekly Update. Nachum and Malcolm began their discussion with Monday's rally near the United Nations and the concurrent rallies going on around the United States and abroad. Malcolm also addressed last week's inauguration of President Shimon Peres in Israel and reflected on various statements made by President Peres over the past week. They covered several other topics including: President Bush's planned Mid-East summit, Israel's release of 250 Palestinian terrorists, meetings between Iran and Syria and the hold that Iran has on Syria, the changing attitudes of the Israeli government regarding, among other things, the settlements, and MUCH more.
