Who Says Abbas Can't Do Something About The Kassams From Gaza?

According to the Palestinian Arab Ma'an News Agency:

Fatah's armed wing, the Al-Aqsa Brigades launched a homemade projectile at the Israeli city of Ashkelon, north of the Gaza Strip on Sunday.

The fighters said that the attack was in response to ongoing Israeli aggression in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Let Abbas condemn the attack. The billions the West is giving the PA should at least buy something.
