OLMERT, IS THAT A DUTY OR A PROMISE? Today on Yom HaZikaron, Olmert said:

It is [Israel's] duty never to repeat the mistakes made in the past, the result of which was an increase in terrorism and the return of released terrorists to acts of terror, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Monday at the Memorial Service for Victims of Terror on Mount Herzl.

Is Olmert promising not to unilaterally give land to the Palestinian Arabs?
Is Olmert promising not to release terrorists in return for Gilad Shalit?
Or is this just more talk till the next time Israel has to make "painful concessions"?
