ECONOMISTS AGAINST AHMADINEJAD: Fifty seven Iranian economists launch a scathing attack against Ahmadinejad in an open letter to the media:
This comes as the price of housing has almost doubled in the last year and food is getting more expensive by the week in Iran.

...They say the new officials in government need to understand that economics has rules. [emphasis added]
Ahmadinejad might be forgiven for confusing the laws of economics with international law.

If you are going to read the relevant verse (21:14), keep in mind:

1. If you are going to make a statement about a verse in the Torah, without a knowledge of Hebrew your interpretation lacks credibility

2. Hirsch explains that based on basic Biblical grammer, the verse does not say that Yishmael was put on his mother's shoulder, but rather that Yishmael was given over to his mother as well.

Of course, your claiming that Yishmael was the son Abraham brought instead of Yitzchak is consistent with the other oddities and contradictions in the Quran here
including the Quran describing Haman as an advisor to Pharoah [weird] and Sura 9:30 "The Jews say Ezra is the son of G_d" [?!]
