Israel Matzav blogs about Assemblyman Dov Hikind, who is sponsoring ads that will appear in seven Anglo-Jewish weeklies in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington, DC and California--asking that Olmert resign.

The ad probably won't upset Olmert- he's probably used by now to being attacked by the Orthodox community.
Since the ad is in American Jewish newspapers, it is likely meant to upset the Reform and Conservative Jews who support further withdrawals, and secular Jewish community leaders who blindly support Olmert.
You're probably right--something like this will not faze him. But it may give pause to those who claim to know what "American Jews" think and want.
