You Just Can't Fool Iran, Can You?

To the untutored eye, the above is nothing more than the logo for the 2012 London Olympics.
But Iran knows better--and is not about to let this Zionist plot go unchallenged:
Iran threatens to boycott 2012 London Olympics because of logo

Iran is threatening to boycott the 2012 Olympic Games in London because of the Games' logo.

According to an Iranian official, the logo, with its blocky, abstract rendering of "2012," is racist because it appears to spell the word "Zion," a biblical term for Jerusalem, rather than 2012. Bahram Afsharzadeh, the secretary-general of Iran's National Olympic Committee, said via the official IRNA news agency that he sent a letter of complaint to International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge.
So far the International Olympic Committee is standing its ground and insists that the logo represents 2012 and nothing else.

But the year is young.

I suppose the next step will be for Iran to insist that next year the Moslem calendar year (1433) be used, because--as everyone can plainly see--the year 2012 is actually the word "Zion" spelled backwards.

Some Muslims really are taking this whole "hidden word" thing to extremes:

But if Iran really wants to look for hidden messages, I would like to oblige.

I don't know if they are familiar with anagrams in Iran, but I'm sure they will appreciate this:
Islamic Republic of Iran = Lucifer's microbial pain
Ahmadinejad = Named A Jihad

Just trying to help.
