ANOTHER SOROS PROJECT: The Conference of the Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations in conjunction with the Jewish Center for Public Affairs produces Daily Alert--a daily collection of news items on Israel that is available online, emailed out, and read by major decision-makers and news outlets.

Now The American Thinker writes that the influential Washington, D.C-based think tank, the Center for American Progress (CAP), is countering Daily Alert with an alternative news and opinion service: The Middle East Bulletin.--funded by George Soros.

Soros is also funding Media Matters--a media monitoring group with an agenda.

Writes American Thinker:
One new group has been launched to deliver its choices of news and opinion to stovepipe to decision-makers and media outlets; the other group was formed to pressure media outlets regarding their presentations of the news. Seems as if an effort is being made to mold the news in a particular direction -- one that may not be favorable towards Israel or the American-Israel relationship.
Soros is on the move.
