Palestinian Poll--What They Think of Hamas

With the exception of question 8, Hamas comes out the worse against Fatah in this poll by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research. Why does Hamas not come out at the bottom of that question?

Because Israel is one of the choices.
