Video: Australian Comedian Demonstrates How Hasbara is Done

In Q & A on Australian television recently, Aussie comedian Austen Tayshus (Sandy Gutman) turned serious in order to take on Greens senator Lee Rhiannon, a prominent advocate of BDS, as well as leading Sydney journalist Paul McGeough, another inexorable Aussie critic of Israel.

The blog Blank Pages of the Age has more on this--but what caught my eye was one particular comment:

Perhaps the Jewish community leadership may learn something from this encounter that being Politically Correct and just trying to get out the facts on the conflict always on the defensive has got them nowhere.

And perhaps Israel could learn something from this as well.
