NEW DEFENSE AGAINST SUICIDE BOMBERS. From DARPA (via Arnold Schwarzenegger's Total Recall):
How do you spot a suicide bomber? And even more important, how do you spot a suicide bomber before they get close enough to blow up their target? To address this problem, DARPA this year started the Human-carried Explosive Detection Stand-off System (HEDSS) program to develop a system that can rapidly identify human carried explosives (HCEs) at ranges from 50 to 150 meters.

This information was extracted from WIRED magazine, section defense. Why don't you list your sources, as do all respectable blogers and webmasters. Do respect the work of others please.

I did reference the source--as coming "From DARPA", and the words "From DARPA" are a link to the WIRED website page.

It may be that you already read that page on WIRED so the linked text in my post did not appear as a link.
