Hamas Is Demolishing Gazan Homes Again

It seems that Hamas, of all things, is destroying people's homes in Gaza.
Again.

Al Jazeera first reported in a video about the demolition of Gazan's homes by Hamas last year:
In Gaza, around 20 families have had their homes demolished as part of a plan to regulate housing in the strip.

The deposed government of Hamas says the houses were built illegally on governmen towned land and should be torn down.

But the families say they paid for the land.
Here is the video:

But Hamas has not stopped demolishing people's homes in Gaza--and now The Palestinian Centre For Human Rights (PCHR) has voiced concern over the death and injuries when Hamas police tried to remove Gazan's from their homes:
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) is gravely concerned over the death of a police officer and injuries to others who are responsible for law enforcement, by gunmen last Sunday while they were executing a court ruling by evacuating a plot belonging to the government. This incident is part of the state of security chaos and misuse of weapons. PCHR calls upon the Attorney General to open a serious investigation into this crime and to bring the perpetrators to justice.
The plot is owned by the Ministry of Awqaf (religious affairs), which for 45 years had been leasing the land to the Abu Thaher family, who built three houses on the plot. Then in 1999, The Ministry of Awqaf filed a claim in 1999 to evict the family and later that year, the court ordered the evacuation. Despite that, the Ministry of Awqaf itself continued to lease parts of the plot to the heirs of Mohammed Salem Abu Thaher.

The PCHR concluded:
1. PCHR is gravely concerned over the death of a police officer and the injuries to two others while on duty by an armed group. PCHR calls upon the Attorney General to open a serious investigation into this crime which is part of the state of security chaos, and to bring the perpetrators to justice.
2. PCHR calls upon the government in Gaza to open serious investigations into continued leasing of land to members of the Abu Thaher family, especially in view of the final ruling to evacuate the land, and to pay fair compensation to the Aby Thaher family.
Meanwhile, how much coverage of this has there been in the press?
About as much as the media coverage of the rockets Hamas has been firing at civilian targets in Israel. The IDF reported yesterday that since the beginning of 2011, over 340 rockets and mortars have been fired from Gaza at civilians in Israel--four of which were fired just this week.

The media does not much care what Hamas terrorists do to Israelis--or to their own people.
